1-Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
2-Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, crushed red chili flakes, paprika, and onion powder. Let it sit while you get the asparagus and sauce ready.
3-Get the asparagus ready: Wash and trim the ends. Place them on one side of a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4-Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, hot sauce, chicken broth (or soy sauce), and lemon juice.
5-Combine and bake: Place the chicken pieces next to the asparagus on the baking sheet. Pour the lemon butter sauce over both.
