Instructions
- Step 1:Preheat your air fryer to 190°C/375°F. Lightly grease the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: Season the chicken tenderloins. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken tenderloins with oil and the spice mixture. Mix well.
- Step 3:Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Step 4: Air fry the chicken tenders. Cook for 7-8 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Step 5: Rest and serve. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving dish and let it rest for 5 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
