1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any feature of DietPlanPDF.com — including the free diet plan generator, the PDF download engine, the meal plan directory, or any editorial content — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DietPlanPDF ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately discontinue use of the website and its associated tools.

2. Educational & Non-Medical Scope

The calculators, meal suggestions, caloric distributions, macronutrient ratios, recipe templates, and downloadable vector PDF plans provided by DietPlanPDF are generated for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Certified medical advice or diagnosis
• Clinical dietetics or individualized dietary prescription
• Healthcare treatment or therapy
• A substitute for professional consultation with a licensed physician or registered dietitian

While our meal plan content is developed under the clinical oversight of Dr. Suman (a practicing Clinical Nutritionist with 5+ years of experience) and is based on established nutritional science, individual metabolic responses, medication interactions, and health conditions vary significantly. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any significant dietary changes — particularly if you have active medical conditions including but not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, thyroid conditions, or PCOS.

3. Free Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms, DietPlanPDF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the DietPlanPDF platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Generate personalized diet plans using our calculator
• Download the generated vector PDF meal plans to your personal device
• Print and use the PDF plans for your personal or immediate family's dietary reference
• Share individual PDF plans with friends or family members as a personal health resource

This license is granted at no charge and does not require account registration. The license remains in effect unless terminated by DietPlanPDF due to a violation of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DietPlanPDF and will result in immediate termination of your access:

• Commercial Resale: Selling, licensing, or otherwise commercially distributing PDF meal plans generated on this platform is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Scraping: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to bulk-download plans, extract algorithms, or harvest content from this platform is prohibited.
• False Attribution: Claiming authorship of the DietPlanPDF software, algorithms, or clinical frameworks, or misrepresenting our content as your own original work, is prohibited.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or reproduce our caloric calculation algorithms, recipe databases, or clinical condition matrices is prohibited.
• Harmful or Illegal Activity: Using DietPlanPDF for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws is prohibited.
• Server Overloading: Sending excessive requests that overload or disrupt our servers, impair performance for other users, or constitute a denial-of-service attack is prohibited.

5. Professional Use by Coaches & Clinicians

Registered dietitians, certified nutritionists, personal trainers, fitness coaches, and other wellness professionals may use DietPlanPDF to generate reference meal plan templates for their clients, subject to the following conditions: (a) the PDF templates must be provided to clients as supplementary educational reference materials only, not as professional medical prescriptions; (b) professionals must not charge clients specifically for the DietPlanPDF-generated PDFs as a standalone product; (c) professionals must maintain their own scope of practice guidelines and professional liability standards when using our educational content; and (d) DietPlanPDF's authorship must not be misrepresented as the professional's own original clinical work.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on DietPlanPDF — including but not limited to the web application design, caloric calculation algorithms, clinical condition rule matrices, recipe databases, meal plan templates, text content, graphics, logos, and the PDF generation engine — is the intellectual property of DietPlanPDF and its operators. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission, except as specifically authorized by the personal use license in Section 3. The personal use license for downloading and printing PDFs does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

7. Advertising & Third-Party Content

DietPlanPDF is funded through display advertising (Google AdSense) to maintain free access for all users. Advertisements displayed on the platform are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. DietPlanPDF does not endorse, verify, or accept responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any advertised products, services, or third-party websites. You interact with advertisements entirely at your own discretion and risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DietPlanPDF is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the server infrastructure is free of viruses or malicious components. We do not warrant that the nutritional calculations are appropriate for every individual's specific health circumstances. Caloric and macronutrient calculations are based on population-validated formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor) and represent general estimates, not individual clinical prescriptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DietPlanPDF, its operators, clinical advisors, contributors, or hosting providers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) dietary changes you implement based on generated meal plans; (c) medical complications arising from the application of nutritional content provided on the site without professional supervision; (d) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content; or (e) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. If you are in a jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. User-Generated Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other content through our contact form or communication channels, you grant DietPlanPDF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such feedback into platform improvements without obligation to compensate you. You represent that any submission you make does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or contain unlawful content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of DietPlanPDF that cannot be resolved through direct communication should be submitted to mediation before any formal legal proceedings.
