Chicken Nuggets

We are using three classic process for nuggets, Coating them with flour before mix in beaten eggs. If you are breading on your own, make surety that you use only one hand for dipping in nuggets in the eggs, So you should dry one hand to swipe in flour and bread crumbs.

How to make the best crispy chicken nuggets:
Baking nuggets on electric rack allow hot air to circulate all around the kitchen from everywhere, It will let you know that your nuggets will crisp on top to bottom. But if you don’t have Electric rack so you can use foil-lined baking sheet. Obviously they will not quite crispy but definitely taste good

Directions:

1: Firstly preheat the oven to 400*F. In wide bowl, mix the panko and breadcrumbs with oil. Spread the breadcrumbs on a baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until they turn golden brown.
2: Put warmth breadcrumbs them back in bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and 1/2 tbsp of salt. Mix these ingredients well.
3: Place a Electric rack on a baking sheet and spray it with cooking spray. Put flour in a small shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat an egg until well mixed.
4: Coat all the chicken with 1 tbsp salt. Mix it with flour after that dredge in beaten egg, allowing excess to drip back into dish. Roll in bread crumbs, firmly pressing to adhere. Arrange on prepared rack.
5: Bake these nuggets until it reaches to 165° (Cook for 18 minutes)
6: If you want to add more salt then it’s optional and serve with sauces.
